Greetings to you in the Name of Jesus!  The people of St. Matthew Lutheran church are committed to helping people see, believe, and receive Jesus and serve Him in everyday life.

If you have not yet met our people and experienced the joy they have in the Savior and the love they have for you, then it is my pleasure and joy to invite you to join us in worship or another activity! I hope this website is helpful to you and reflects the love and joy we know in Jesus. We are excited to be part of the Rocklin / Roseville / Lincoln /  Placer County community at our new location. June Worship Theme:  God Sightings

“He (God) has set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.” Ecclesiastes 3:11

“Thar she blows!”…. Do you remember? This is what the old time whalers used to yell when they saw a spout of water shooting up from a surfacing whale. In fact, they used to have spotters scanning the smooth surface of the ocean, knowing that the whales were under the water even though there was nothing to indicate that this was so. They knew that sooner or later one would surface, if only for a short time. And they did not want to miss the opportunity!

We live our whole lives knowing deep down that there must be more to life than that which we see, touch, feel, and taste. Something inside of us makes us restless, wanting to see the hidden, knowing that the answers we seek are there. We look for - we search for - a glimpse of the eternal, a glimpse of God, because deep down we know He is there.
